Rivian expands collaboration with XPEL
Rivian is expanding its collaboration with XPEL to provide its customers with a dedicated customization program for the R1S and R1T. The offer will be available for Rivian owners in the United States and Canada.
As noted in a Yahoo Finance report, the offer will be available through the Rivian Gear Shop. The offer allows R1S and R1T owners to order XPEL’s Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Window Film products directly, with set pricing and easy installation booking through a local XPEL Certified Rivian Network Partner.
With XPEL’s ULTIMATE PLUS Paint Protection Film, Rivian owners could take their vehicles into the wilderness without any reservations. XPEL’s PPF is designed to prevent scratches, chips, and stains while offering a self-healing finish. The paint protection film is also designed to resist UV yellowing to maintain clarity.
XPEL’s PRIME Window Film, on the other hand, provides added privacy, heat rejection, and UV protection, blocking 99% of harmful UV rays. Rivian owners are able to select from a variety of window tints, such as PRIME CS, XR, and XR PLUS.
The program stands as the latest collaboration between Rivian and XPEL. The electric truck maker, after all, has offered full body PPF on select models from its Normal, Il factory. This extended program provides owners greater protection and customization options, thus enhancing their Rivian R1S/R1T ownership experience.
Rivian owners in the United States and Canada who are interested in taking advantage of this collaboration could order and schedule their appointments through the Rivian Gear Shop or XPEL’s official website.
